Thank you for considering our banquet services. Here on our site you can find the many different services that we can provide for you in order to make your event a success. It will be our pleasure to assist you in planning all aspects of your event.
Banquet Packages & Hors d’oeuvres
In order to ensure that the cuisine you select is pleasing to both the palate and the eye, all selections are priced per person. All banquet choices and hors d’oeuvres will be satisfying from the first patron through the last. For this reason and health regulations, no food may be taken from the premises. Coffee, Hot Tea and Ice Tea are included with any selection. Children from the ages of 2 thru 11 are 50% off any banquet package.
Seating in any of our rooms can be arranged in a variety of fashions to enhance your event. We can assist with your floor plan to accommodate your guests.
Choose from two different rooms or use them together. Each one has it’s own unique setting, and are all handicap accessible. We also have a theatre to use for ceremonies, etc. McCoole’s will provide all food and beverages.

Room Rental Fees
The room rental fee is $300 and is your initial deposit. It is for the sole purpose of reserving your date, the set up, breakdown of the room, the cleaning of the rental space, and all other aspects of utilizing the space associated with your event. However, we do not charge additional service fees for bartenders nor do we charge for non-alcoholic beverages. This deposit is non-refundable and is not deducted from your final invoice.
If the theatre is needed for a ceremony or other event function, there is an additional fee of $300.00. Events are allowed 4 hours. Wedding receptions are allowed an additional one hour at no extra charge. Events over the allotted time period are charged a $150.00 per hour.
